With a heart full of love and gratitude, I proudly embrace the roles of wife to my gorgeous husband, Craig, bonus parent to three incredible individuals and relish in the joy of being a doting nana to a lively clan of eleven grandchildren, and my newest role - ‘Mum’ to 16 week old Hudson - our gorgeous, mischievous Maine coon Kitten.
My family are unapologetically my life priority, they are pillars of strength, offer unwavering support and bring pure joy to my days. Together, we navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and create cherished memories that shape who I am. Their encouragement fuels my aspirations, while their wisdom guides me through tough decisions. In essence, my friends and family are the heart of my story, infusing every chapter with laughter, love, and a profound sense of belonging.
We recently relocated from the metropolis of Auckland (born and bred) and now thriving in the vibrant city of Christchurch. I can't wait to explore our beautiful new city more, connect with community and forge lasting friendships with people who share a love of adventure, travel, laughter and meaningful conversations.
career
My professional journey has been as diverse as it has been rewarding. For nearly two decades, I soared our friendly skies as a dedicated long-haul crew member with Air New Zealand, where I cultivated a deep sense of connection and service.
Transitioning into the realm of education as a facilitator, I loved guiding and empowering individuals toward their personal and professional growth milestones.
I've also delved into the world of beauty, where I had the privilege of learning and sharing my expertise as a MAC makeup artist. This experience sparked a love for skincare. I found immense fulfilment in assisting mature individuals in enhancing their unique natural beauty.
However, it was my tenure with a prominent cancer charity that truly ignited my passion for making a difference. As a program and training manager, I had the privilege of advancing the development of the wellbeing program during the covid19 pandemic. It was an absolute honour to lead and nurture a national team of facilitators, dedicated to implementing this program for individuals impacted by cancer nationwide.

Commencing in 2022, my pursuit of learning Te Reo was paused by our relocation. However, I unearthed a profound connection within myself through this journey, drawing inspiration from comprehending the importance of both the culture and the language. Rekindling this goal is at the forefront of my mind - it is something I am eager to return to.
I find joy in staying active through walking and pilates and nurturing a lifelong commitment to health and fitness. I've discovered a newfound passion for prioritising wellness, particularly as I navigate the transformative landscape of menopause. Always eager to learn, grow, inspire and share with others along the way.
health & wellness
Growing up, exercise, sport and nutrition weren't emphasised in my family—not as a critique, but simply a reflection of the era and upbringing of my parents. It wasn't until my late 20s that I realised the power of clean eating and regular exercise.
Joining a gym and working with a personal trainer transformed my body and mindset, and by my 30th birthday, I felt stronger and healthier than ever before.
In the wake of my mother's passing and the onset of peri-menopause, life presented me with some challenges. Despite these challenges, I am determined in reclaiming my health and vitality. Menopause ignited a fresh enthusiasm for self-care and prioritising my well-being,
I find joy in walking and discovering pilates - sharing a coffee afterwards with family or a friend kicks the day off to a great start!
